Re: M4/3 reliable sports camera? E-M1 Mkll, say I

+1 on Barry's comments. My little socceroo started at four and is now [gulp] eighteen, and I had quite a few gear upgrades as they got older and faster, and the teams and field got larger. My system is now anchored by two E-M1iis and Zuiko Pro lenses. In addition to soccer I also use them for track, cross country, swimming and probably some I'm forgetting.

There is a learning curve and one has to alter camera settings to fit venues and conditions.

ETA because the E-M5iii has the E-M1ii PDAF sensor and engine, focus performance will be on par but the burst rates are quite slower and I agree the shape won't be ideal for the largest lenses.
