Not 100% failures. I have two E-P5, one had dial problems and fixed nicely a few years back under warranty, no problems since. The second E-P5 has had no problems, both used for a few years now.

Even when the dials fail my old E-PL1 training came in handy and got through a 6 week holiday with the old button pressing method.
