My Scandisc Extreme IV 4 GB did work fine, until I used it in another camera (more about that later)....

I thought I remembered that the A2 and Kingston cards didn't go well together , slow write speeds compared to other makes. It may have changed with later cards.

Some comments in this thread https://www.dpreview.com/forums/post/11794009 .

It worked ok! Came today, took some pictures, normal speed I think, no problems so far.

Still trying to unlock the Scandisc card, messages no matter what I try:

IndexerVolumeGuid

feilkode (fault code) 0x8000000a

Any cure for this?

I think your already running your camera on its latest firmware ?

See here ; https://www.konicaminoltasupport.com/index.php?id=2308&L=0%2Fi

.

To sort your card out , try what Hike Pics says here ; https://www.dpreview.com/forums/post/63297825

He had a card that was misbehaving and this sorted it .

Thanks! Latest firmware, and the new card is working fine. But to sort out the old card, I will try the Hike Pincs link. Had to admit I put the old card in an old Nikon and tried to format, without knowing too much about the camera. Did not work in Nikon and not in A2...
