Four suggestions:

1). Make sure the lens and camera firmware are up to date.

2) Try a different EF-RF adapter

3) Clean the electrical contacts on lenses, camera, and adapter.

4) If none of the above work, send in camera and adapter for repair.

Thanks, of course possible that the body or adapter is buggy, but there is a confirmed front focus issue for the new RF 70-200 too.:

Yes, of course, but that's not the same as what you are describing, especially since other users are not having the same focus issues with the RP and the lenses that you are having a problem with. (And it will end up being corrected in firmware).

What it sounds to me like is that there is some sort of communication issue that your lenses are having with the body, which is why I suggested trying a different adapter AND cleaning the contacts on all of the components.

Funny thing, by the way. I had a Panasonic GH2, years ago, that I bought direct from Panasonic, and over the first week that I had it, it had progressively worsening back focus issues. That should not have been possible with sensor based AF, but it was happening. They ended up exchanging the body for another one, and it was perfect; no issues for the entire couple of years I had it. I figure that there are enough electronic components in these things that if even one tiny part is working a little bit off, you can get some unexpected issues, and that might well be what you are experiencing here.
