A must-own lens for Micro Four Thirds
17

This lens is a dream and incredibly versatile. It's extremely sharp, like prime lens sharp, even wide open at f2.8, and it's built like a tank. If you think it's too pricey, you can probably find a great deal on a used one because some people are crazy enough to let go of this lens. Buy this first, and determine later if you still need any prime lenses.

If you're a video shooter, even with Panasonic, you'll appreciate the manual focus clutch with a real distance scale. Definitely buy this instead of the Panasonic 12-35mm, although the Panasonic Leica 10-25mm f1.7 is the pinnacle for videography.
