I made a few trips into the city recently to try and find a specific Silversmith at the local city markets. I was toting the EF-M 32mm f/1.4 STM lens on the EOS M6 and took a few pictures on each trip. I'm still astonished by the detail it can capture and appreciate the flattering effects of the shallow Depth Of Field that it can render. There's a little haze in the city from the endless Sydney bushfires about 120km away. The CPL filter was fitter over the top of the UV filter in a double-stacked method... which had no effect on clarity, from what I can see. I saw a woman fall as I turned to talk to my wife as we walked by and we managed to get to her an apply a pressure bandage to stop the bleeding. I took some pictures for her own records and to imprint the correct time of the incident. It needed stitches and was a partial double degovement of the skin over the muscle. She seems to have mended since.

These images were taken handheld in JPEG. A HOYA Fusion (Evo) Circular Polarizer was used for many of these shots. It reduced a little glare, enabled use of a wide open aperture and removed some reflections from store fronts. There's a few images so I'll post 10 here and two more sets in a follow-up post in this same thread in a moment.

There's still a bit of chatter here from members pondering an EOS M camera or even this specific lens. I've lifted some shadows and tweaked one or two images before downsizing them. No crops.
