For Photos, Is Bigger/Wider/Heavier Phone Better for Users w Tremors?

OK folks

I hate to bare my soul, but I've had minor hand tremors my whole life. They are a bit worse now, given that I'm in my 70's. Not debilitating, a bit annoying at times, but certainly manageable. You might not even know I had them, if you didn't check me out closely.

The superior IBIS in my Panasonic G9, PEN-F, and E-M1 help mitigate that problem to a major degree, so that (if subject matter and my creativity are in sync), I can take some pretty darn nice photos..

However, I want to buy a new smart phone, to (in many cases) replace those cameras. So, here's my question(s):

Would a wider / longer / heaver model phone such as the Samsung Note 10+, the OnePlus 7T Pro 5G Mclaren, or iPhone 11 Pro Max provide a more stable shooting experience, than a smaller / lighter / shorter phone such as the iPhone 11 Pro? Or,would the difference not be enough to matter?

Thanks for any insight / experiences you might care to share. Thanks in advance,
