Re: Any tips for X-T3 TTL Flash settings?

Being extremely general, there are good flash videos on YouTube for getting you started, even for Nikon.

I used to shoot events indoors with a cable trigger from hotshoe to flash in me left hand.  I would typically shout TTL at 1/60s   in some venues where the background was dark (ie nightclubs)  I'd increase the iso and drop the shutter speed more.

Basically expose for the background you want to capture.  The TTL on the flash will light your subject and do a good job of freezing them.

I've just moved to XT30 from Nikon and have a godox tt350 with trigger but haven't shot it yet.  On my old Nikon I would reduce the exposure compensation 1/3 stop to reduce shining heads and that scale habit I keep, although not sure it's still necessary
