This last summer I posted a blind test on this forum with daylight and lowlight images from several cameras. All of the images were out of camera JPEGs using default, out-of-the-box settings. Included in the samples was the Galaxy S10, Fuji X-T2 and Canon M100. The X-T2 uses the same image sensor as the X-A7 and will produce similar images. The M200 uses the same image sensor as the M100 and will produce similar images.

All of the devices in that test are capable of better images, but it will require manual settings, processing RAW images, and/or switching lenses to something other than the kit lens.  Basically, more work and more money.  For the M200 or X-A7 to significantly improve on the S10, plan on spending double what the base kit costs.
