M6II + 11-22 does street art in Denver
15

I finally had the opportunity to put the 11-22 through its paces on the M6II yesterday. We went to a Monet exhibition at the Denver Art Museum, for which I used the Sigma 16, and then headed to a district that has had a bunch of murals painted in recent weeks. I used the 11-22 for most of the outdoor shots. Here are a few:

We came across one that was still being painted:

And got to talk to the artist (he's the one in the black T-shirt, in case you couldn't guess)

This is on the side of one of Denver's million or so dispensaries

This was behind a chain-link fence. Luckily I'm tall enough to hold the camera over the top

This wall has a different image for each direction. This is facing one way..

And this is the same wall facing the other way.

I would say the 11-22 is a good lens to pair with the M6II for landscapes and cityscapes. No surprises there.

As the length of a thread approaches 150, the probability that someone will make the obvious "it's not the camera, it's the photographer" remark approaches 1.
