Z50 with FTZ?

Hi everyone

I am looking into getting a smaller camera for short trips and city visits and I'm wondering if the z50 makes sense if I'm probably never going to use the current native lenses.

I have a decent DX kit and a really robust FX kit but for travel I like the DX for size and weight. But I'm looking to go even smaller than my d7200.

I've been wanting to dabble in mirrorless for a while.

So question is, is the z50 a good enough camera if you primarily use the ftz adapter? I cant see ever using the 16-50. Maybe the 50-250. And the S lenses are nice but forget it since they decided to not put VR in the z50 body.  That is really disappointing.

Option 2 is just get a d5600 while they're on sale.  It would be smaller and lighter than the z50 with ftz, but I can't shake my curiosity about the z50.

I appreciate any feedback

Thanks

Ben
