First shot with the GFX 50r
6

So I finally bit the bullet and bought this thing.  It was very intimidating at first coming from canon. But I think I've figured out the menu system.

The highlight alert has me baffled though .  When it is on it alerts on all highlights even if they are not blown out.  I just turned it off as it was very annoying .

The files seem to play nicely with lightroom and the RAW's look great.

This is with my zeiss 80mm t* hasselblad v series lens.  Don't have the funds to get into the GF glass, and it seems to be going down in price on the used market, so I've got plenty of time to acquire that stuff.

My only other gripe is there is not real natural function button to allow backbutton focus.  I have it mapped to the Fn3, but it's not ideal.  Maybe just have to get used to it. I do the peipro grip l bracket which makes it feel a lot better in the hands and has the L plate.
