All ILC's can shoot RAW, it's a standard feature RAW's are the raw unprocessed data from the sensor so the photos will look as they were captured. Although the whole point of RAW is of course to edit. Unedited photos tend to look quite dull

So, you'd recommend me to get the Fuji. Are there any specific lenses you'd recommend me to get with it at the beginning? (doesn't matter if legacy lens or current, but preferably rather cheap)

If you don't know what lenses you want/need I'd recommend you to begin with the kitlens; the Fujinon 18-55/2.8-4. It's great as a first lens to learn everything with and it also has OIS so no need to worry about IBIS
