You should always try the camera out in real life or, at least, in the shop before you buy. Shape of the body, dials and buttons - it's quite impossible for description or video to convey as much information as actually holding it in your hands. I wanted to change the system some time ago and tried out the XT30, among many other cameras, but I kept accidentally bumping into controls (Q menu the most). This does not mean that the camera is bad, it just means it's not a good fit for me.

Regarding the softness - Fuji uses X-trans sensor that generally produces softer images unless you use one of the raw developers that have good support for Fuji files so head over to Fuji forum and see what they recommend. I know that free Raw Therapee does a good job (it supports several algorithms) but the UI is not to everyone's taste.

Either way, I'm sure the camera will serve you well, but it might take some getting used to.

Thank you for the info.

Yes, I would like to try the X-T30 in real life before buy it, but in my town there are none physical store that hadle it, so I'm out ouf luck. Neither a rental shop.

I buy the camera in a sale at good price (at least in my country) so if I don't like, can resell it without losing money (I hope).

I'm aware of some software problems handling Fuji's raw files and I don't mind using something different if i have to, in order to get clean and sharp images.
