Shooting a 7 day timelapse on a Sony a7ii

Hi There
I am shooting a timelapse of some mushrooms growing over a week for a client.
I am planning to hook my SonyA7ii up to a mains charger and setting up and external intervalometer at a 15mins interval for 7 days. I was planning to take my camera off power saving mode just leaving it on for a week shooting like that.

Just wondering what everyone thought about the damage that could be caused by leaving the camera on for that long. Can it even be done?
I will be able to turn the camera off and on between the intervals or let it go to sleep mode and ensure I check the camera is on before it takes a photo. But because of the lens I plan to use I am worried about any lens shake that could happen.
Any advice or thoughts would be appreciated.
Dan
