Hi Tom,

I too shoot with the xt100 and manual lenses (7artisans 25mm, 35mm and 55m) however, I relied on the P mode instead while setting the autoiso to get max 1/100 or 1/40 indoors when I have a more steady hand.

When you use AP, is that so you can record the f stop in the photo?

Using manual focus lense really rekindled the excitement in photography.

I'm glad auto ISO is working for you.  I find it a little bit confusing and would like to have better control of it.  So I use manual ISO control.

I use aperture priority where I set ISO and then let the metering set the shutter speed.  I don't have any electronics in the lenses, so I don't know how to embed my chosen aperture into the photo.  Of course the Fuji electronic lenses all will work and they will embed the aperture into the photo EXIF.  Not the non-electronic third party lenses I use.

Yes, manual focus and aperture really connects me to the camera in a visceral way, and I like shooting this way.
