Looking for second Fuji camera - could use some input!

So essentially, the only camera I own is a X100F, which is pretty much glued to my hand all the hours I'm not working, and I really love it. I'm a casual shooter but look street photography and street portraits (my insta is isaac.a.q if interested). I previously also owned a Canon 5DIII and some lenses, which I sold to fund a trip to Japan and Korea, which I only shot on the X100T and F (broke the T early on, bought an F in Japan).

Notwithstanding, I am getting quite frustrated at the lack of weather sealing and am therefore looking for something second hand which could plug the gap, so to speak, when the weather is more clement. I would like to buy the X-Pro2 as I love the design and features, but can't really warrant spending that kind of money (even with the amazing cashback deal right now).

I could pick up an X-T1 and 35mm f2 for around £500, which to me is great value. I previously bought an X-Pro1 and used some old manual lenses I had but to be honest, was frustrated by the slowness of the camera generally.

I really would like to know what the X-T1 performs like in 2019 with the benefit of FW updates etc. I looked on youtube and online but most people are quite general. I understand the autofocus improved with the introduction of some phase detect focus points.

Part of me thinks I should hold on a few months and buy an X-pro2 or X-T2.

Thoughts?
