Full Frame to CROP factor and the ISO settings

I have a question about Full Frame to CROP factor and the ISO settings. I googled and read the available online information on the subject but it is still not completely clear to me, so I have a simple setup and a question:

Let's have a 24MP crop camera with a 56/f1.2 lens. According to mmCalc the equivalent Full Frame lens will be roughly 85/f1.8 and we mount them on the Full Frame camera. So far so good.

The question is if we the take same picture with both cameras at the same speed ( for ex.:1/125 s) in the same conditions at ISO 100 will the exposure be the same OR we have to multiply the Full Frame ISO by 2.25 (1.5^2) so the full frame camera have to be set to ISO 225 to be equivalent? (I suppose both must be set to ISO 100 but …)
