Durable/reliable 3TB or 4TB portable external HDD for storing RAWs?

Looking for a new HDD (portable 2.5") for storing my raws. This will NOT store my catalog however I might have it plugged in while doing editing. This will be my primary working drive for RAWs (I have a backup procedure in place so this is just replacing my existing storage device as it's getting full, a 1TB SSD).

I have looked at the LaCie drives along with the G.DRives but never used any (I know they are popular drives but am not sure about the reliablity). I'm currently using a WD Passport Ultra and it seems to be fine (although I've heard some bad things about the Easystore drives and the non-Ultra passports--as in failures after 2 years). I'm reluctant to go back to Seagate after dealing with a few drive failures in laptops previously, and repairing laptops with failed hard drives (most of which were Seagate or Toshiba).

At this point, reliability is more important than speed for this drive. I do need USB 3.0 speeds for file transfer purposes but the connector type doesn't matter too much (regular USB or USB-C is fine).

Suggestions?
