Dual exposure control with Nikon Z?

I fell in love with the Pixel 4 offering two dedicated controls for highlights and shadows. Not speaking of real-time HDR processing here, the former corresponds to exposure compensation. Regarding the latter, I configured Active D-Lighting on Fn1 of my D500. But exposure control is an intrinsic limitation of an OVF of course.

Does the EVF of a Z camera show the effect of EV and ADL adjustments before the shot?
