Deconvolution software?

Are there any free/trial/open-source imaging processing suites that include deconvolution algorithms where you can define the point spread function (PSF)?

RawTherapee has RL (Richardson-Lucy ?) Deconvolution built in, but I don't see any option to define a custom point spread function.  Maybe there's a way (the program is new to me)?
