Canon 100mm f/2.8l IS macro - how to increase magnification?

Hi all. I have got a Canon 100mm f/2.8l IS macro and would like to increase the magnification ratio. I know that we can use extension tubes that don't allow us to control electrically the aperture, there are some other extension tubes from canon (EF 25 extension) that allows this or even the Kenko one. There is also Raynox conversion lens.

Can you please share your experience and what are the pros and cons of each solution?
