Hello everybody,

This Christmas I am travelling to Prague and I want your advise regarding my lens choice.

I am between my beloved 22mm f2 and the 32mm f1.4. It is not a matter of weight or space, I just want to have only one lens on my M5 and not thinking about different focal lengths.

What would be your choice and why?

Thanks in advance!

The usual argument against the 32mm is that it is not wide enough. I decided not to be lazy in Beijing where I recently traveled to, and used it for many people and landscape shots. Bottomline - the 32mm is beyond compare in terms of image quality. It gives my M6II images the FF look, until I go beyond ISO3200. The 22mm is not a bad lens, but it's not in the league of the 32mm especially for night photography and for portraits.
