DXO Mark T values of 50mm 1.4 vs 50mm 1.2L
1

Was looking DXO Mark values for 50mm lenses and what noted is that light transmission of the 50mm 1.4 and 1.2L lenses is quite similar T 1.6 vs 1.5, respectively. The other values are comparable, except for chromatic aberration that's much higher on the 1.2L.

Nikon D and G 50mm 1.4 are T/1.5, same as the Canon 50mm 1.2L.

Sigma 50mm 1.4 Art on the other hand has a T of 1.8.

Some Zeiss lenses, like the 135mm 2/135 have a T of 2.0, same as the F value.

Was wondering if same T stop lenses would produce same deep of field? Or the F stop is what defines DOF.

Also would like to ask if the 50mm 1.2L can produce more pleasant pro looking pictures than the 50mm 1.4 or it's more or less the same, the main difference being a much better built quality?
