When does level of lens sharpness become irrelevant?

From a practical perspective, when does the different levels of lens sharpness become irrelevant, from a practical point of view?

For example if using an A7Riv and an FE24-105 at 50mm and F/5.6 compared with using a Sony Zeiss 50mm f/1.4 lens at f/5.6 also, could anyone tell the difference from looking at a large print or on super resolution screen?
Similarly with a 135GM compared to the 100-400 at 135mm?

Assuming camera on tripod and care taken taking the photograph and in post processing?

Thanks.
