When does the A7III, A7rIV or the A9II make sense?

When does the A7III, A7rIV or the A9II make sense?

My take is that the A9II is intended for action, if 20 FPS is needed with excellent AF, the A9II is probably a good match.

But, if best image quality is needed, for some reason, it seems that it is the A7rIV that delivers it.

For many uses, 24 MP is plenty and it seems that A7III is a very good all round camera.

A downside with the A7 system is that the best lenses tend to be large aperture and expensive, that is fine - if the large aperture is needed.

It seem that Sony makes some moderate aperture lenses that are excellent, like the 85/1.8 and 35/1.8. I would hope they build more lenses like that. On the other hand, it seems to me like Sony has a bit to many lens options. Zeiss labeled lenses, G-lenses, GM-lenses.

It is nice that Zeiss offers some nice lenses in the Batis series, if AF is needed.

Best regards
