Cheap way to start with macro?

I am interested in experimenting with macro photography with my X-T2. Would only be shooting on my tabletop studio in my attic for now doing "arty" type abstract stuff with Godox speedlights.

Any suggestions on cheap manual lenses to start with using a lens adapter? BTW I already have a Nikon lens adapter.
