X100F successor idea
X100F successor idea

I had an idea last night about what Fuji might do with the successor to the X100F (possibly called the X200-series). The firm has already implied that the next model will be weathersealed and that the 23mm lens will be replaced (faster focusing, better close-range performance). Which means the question of lenses is up for grabs.
Given also that the X70 was not directly replaced and the XF10 has been a slow seller, my idea is that there could be two versions of the X200: S and W. S (standard) would have a new lens of around 23-27mm focal length. W (wide) would be shorter; my idea is that it could be based on the recent 16mm 2.8.
Provided that the OVF worked with the 16mm, I would happily buy the X200W. It could be an amazing camera for travel and street photographers.
