Since you are in the Nikon DSLR world, you will probably not be fully convinced by X-T100. I have it and it's a nice camera with great output, however, I needed to learn to use it since it's much slower in power-on and standby to shoot than DSLR. AF is also much slower than DSLR and there are occasions where it's hard to make AF work (shooting against light). On the other hand, no problems with front/back focus as on my D7000

I don't know if X-E2 is better than X-T100 since it's older.

Probably there are not many people on this forum that would use X-T100 in auto modes. Those may perform well enough and if paired with lens set to F-values with greater depth of field AF speed may not be such a problem.

X-A5 is practically X-T100 without viewfinder and AFAIK smaller image buffer.
