Nikon’s false claim of impact on Z6 Locked

I would not agree with you. Can't say these damages caused by impact. A scratch is a normal wear and tear. For picture #2, I would say it's a manufacture defect.

back to OP: If you cannot win this claim with Nikon, you may work with your Credit card company that you used to pay. Many CC companies have extra warranty coverage. I read quite a lot of complains about the rubber of Z6/7. That why I have a leather half-case for my Z6 for more protection.
