saw it in a shop window & bought it. Used MFT ever since. With the reach & better DOF, I think the Macro 60mm is better than any other Macro lens, FF or else. EPL7 & Sigma 60 & Lumix 20 - entirely pocketable. Lumix 7-14/100-300 & Oly 25/60 or 75 - all fits into a small sling bag. Not much thinking required before going out.

You might want to reconsider the DOF thing with the 60mm macro compared to FF

Both at minimum focus distance and their respective 1:1 macro . Some would argue that the m43 macro is 2:1 macro compared to FF, however as is the norm a 1:1 macro refers to the real life size of the item being the same on the sensor

There are a number of FF macro lenses such as the Sony 90mm F/2.8 and Voigtlander FE mount macro lenses that are in a different league to the Olympus

The Olympus lens which I own wins on size and weight for sure and is a great bit of kit on its own, it also is a lot more fun to use . However the Sony 90mm which I also own is a superb performer so much so that I bought a TZE-01 adapter so that I can continue to use the Sony on my Nikon Z7
