So I have a konica autoreflex tc and it looks like it has a dirty viewfinder or inside of the main camera lens.

Remove the lens. Hold the camera up to some light and look through the viewfinder. If the dirt is still visible - and it probably will be - it's in the camera, not the lens.

... is there a way i can open it up and do it myself ?

Don't try to clean dirt seen through the camera itself. It doesn't affect photos in any way, and you're likely to mess something up by poking around in there.

Just get a RocketBlower, or some China Fake. It 100% works - using it since ca. 2006, or so...my FC-1 have had a way dirty OVF, now it's all clean again.

Message from our Sponsor: never pin the Rocket Blower End too much inside the Mirrorbox, means Lens Mount Area - just shortly before, don't -never- touch the Mirror with it. These things are very delicate, and exactly optically being factory-adjusted.

I often clean out the mirror box and focus screen on film cameras with a blower bulb , same as I do with my DSLRs .

As you say , just don't touch anything with the nozzle .

If the o.p can clearly see stuff in the viewfinder it's on the focus screen .

Anything in the lens cannot be seen threw the viewfinder or on the prints .

At most , a lot of dust in the lens can cause a loss of contrast .

these are all lame answers. He needs to pull off the top and clean the Prism ENUFF SAID
