I had to change from terminal 3 to terminal 4; there is a free shuttle bus that runs, I believe, every hour or something like that. Took about 20 minutes to go between terminals? Not 100% sure, it's been over a month now. Note that it goes outside the airport, and it was middle of the night for me, so if you transfer during the day, it will likely take longer due to traffic.

To reach it, when you exit the baggage hall in terminal three, turn left, walk all the way to the end, and turn left again - there will be a service corridor with signs to the free shuttle; just follow those signs and you'll get there. You will have to show a domestic flight ticket in order for them to let you onto the shuttle bus.
