XPro vs X100 cameras - why choose one or the other?

Why would you choose an Xpro instead of an X100, or visa versa? Here are some pros and cons for each from what I can recall (I only own an X100F but really like the XPro as well).

X100 (F, V etc.):

Pro:

- smaller, lighter thanks to integrated lens design
-  quiet leaf shutter
-  built-in flash that syncs beautifully with that leaf shutter
-  much cheaper

Con:

-  no weather sealing (hopefully added in next model)
-  can't change lenses (but that is also why it can be so small)

XPro (2, 3...)

Pro:

-  you can use any Fuji lens, this seems to be the main advantage
-  weather sealed (but rumors suggest next X100 may have this)
-  superior build and materials (XPro3, Ti and dura finish etc.)
- faster processor and AF (but next X100 may get that)

Con:

- bigger, heavier
- no flash built-in (some may not care)
- much more expensive

What have I missed? Why would you choose an Xpro instead of an X100, or visa versa? Is the ability to change lenses the only big advantage of the Xpro?

Of course, obviously we can just buy an X-T series camera for even less money and more versatility (in some ways), but that's a different style and feel of camera.
