Broken Desktop! Editing on a Samsung Note 10+ with DeX! Possible?

Hello there everyone,

Just let me tell you I am a long time lurker but rarely post any threads or reply on this forums, but just let me thank you for all the information I've gathered quietly on this boards!

Normally, I edit my photos on my desktop pc on Lightroom, on which I own a adobe cc subscription and have always been around the Adobe eco-system ( I'm also a graphic designer that uses all other adobe apps daily )

But, by accident, my desktop motherboard and power supply fried, and right now I have no chance of replacing them on the nearest future ( poor as hell right now, because I've just moved to a new place, so can't afford much more at the moment )

I was thinking, since I own a Samsung Note 10+, have all the peripherals ( mouse, keyboard, screen ), and a usb-c to HDMI hub, with card reader and pass-trough power charging, I could easily edit my photos similarly to what I use to do on my PC.
My biggest concern is, during weekends, I have to edit 100+ photos daily that have the same feel and want to have them having all the same mood/look, and exporting them in a sequential order ( 1.jpg 2.jpg 3.jpg etc.. ) with a watermark on all of them.
I do these for a club every Friday and Saturday night, and post them on Facebook album the very next day at 2pm. so my idea is not to spend countless hours on a screen.
I used to do this in around 2 hours max, and don't wanna spend much more so I don't ruin my whole weekend stuck trying to keep the same quality!
Does anyone have any experience in this? do you think it would be possible?

I will be trying this tonight or tomorrow at home but before doing it I would like to know if anyone else here has been doing it in a similar manner if they have some insights or help!
Thank you in advance!
