This is one shot from my vacation up in Michigan to see a friend. We are on the shore of lake Michigan in a park just south of Manistee. A little post processing and I think it takes decent shots.
Seems an excellent buy and I wondered if it was CCD because there is a something special about CCD images before low noise in dark conditions became the be all and end all of photography. The first review I saw said CMOS but on Canon's site it says CCD.
Also the f9 would cause people to faint in the ILC forums over diffraction and the manual says f6.9/f/20 (sic) at telephoto so I suppose it is being simulated with an ND filter which is the best way to do it really.
