Just for your pleasure, here are some samples from the GX80.  (raw from cameraraw, no NR)

First two are properly exposed 800 iso files, electronic shutter vs mechanical shutter.

I don't see any noticeable difference here.

But those two were shot at iso200 and underexposed by 2 stops, then pushed 2 stops. You can see there is more noise in the first one, even though the difference is not huge. Zoom in to 100% to see the differences.
