Hello everyone,

Hope you are well.

Sharing another image from my shoot with Nila. Taken with Fuji GFX 50S + Fuji GF110mmF2 R LM WR. One of her arm is a little blown, but I guess it kinda goes with the image.

Enjoy and I'd appreciate some feedback.

Beautiful. Can you tell us how you lit it? What kind of light and diffuser? How many? All natural? Reflector? Placement? How far back were you with that 110? Where were you? How did you find the setting? Used it before?

Whoa hold on there buddy haha. I can. All natural, just the setting sun. I was almost on the edge of a pool, neither me nor my camera knows how to swim so I had to be extra careful for the camera.

And yes, if you haven't, you should definitely get the lens :D

Very nice. Those eyes and the catch-lights look amazing. I thought maybe you had one light or at least a reflector. If you had the pool behind you and she was a few feet from it, she got some nice reflected light off the pool from down low right?

Thank you very much. She was sitting next to the pool and I was on the next side of the pool, one corner of the pool was in between us.

Very nice. Perfect answer to the question what makes GF 110 so special (and what makes it different from the 100-200).

Great shot.. love the lighting and the pose.

Where is your GFX100?

GFX 100 is all armored up with smallrig L-Plate, waiting for the next shoot haha. This was from an old-ish shoot :)

I got it now. Portrait ready I am! I need to borrow a super model from you, Chris, Left Eye or maybe even Benjamin and sit her next to a pool late in the evening as the sun sets behind me. Then back off to the other side of the pool and fire away as the lovely light bounces up into her face. I pose her by saying, "Look at the camera and say cheeeeese."

I got it. I'm ordering the 110 now.

Will post results on the weekly thread.
