I'd say landscapes and wildlife are really two different things. Landscapes (to me) often require a wide angle lens and wildlife including birds would require a long focal length lens with a narrow view. You don't way what lens you already have on your 800D, but I'll assume it's the usual 18-55mm zoom lens which would serve the wide-to-medium range. For the longer lens, I suggest you begin with Canon's quite good, and very inexpensive, EF-S 55-250mm IS STM. That 250mm is equivalent to 400mm in 35mm-camera terms, and would cost less than $200.
