IP 8750 up to the job?

Until now, I've thought that putting printing out to specialists makes sense. But I've noticed that even prints on my pretty dire Kodak printer a) help me visualise how edits work in the flesh and b) seem to generate more enthusiasm from my nascent client base!

Obviously I would LIKE to get a serious printer but budget is really hovering between iP8750 and Pro 100-S. The 100-s isn't as massively discounted in the Uk as in the US, so the difference is probably at least £180 - which pays for a lot of paper and ink if nothing else!

Do you think the ip8750 would deliver enough quality and detail to satisfy people who are more drawn to the subject and composition than a photgraph per se?

PS any other prinetr suggestions v welcome.
