Why EM5 iii may be the best camera for me

There may be a few niggles which do not really affect picture taking, but I cannot find a better fit for my needs FROM ANY MANUFACTURER.  If you think otherwise, I would be very pleased to hear of it.

I take a lot of sailing shots, from a wet, bouncy rubber boat.  I have two EM1.1 and would like to upgrade.

I must have:

Decent WR

A WR lens which covers approximately w/a to 300mm equivalent (14-140, 14-150, 12-

Good IS

Good CAF, tracking might be good.

Adequate IQ to print sharp 12x16 after a bit of cropping

I prefer a smaller size, so EMiii wins a bit over EM1ii (but I could manage with EM1)

I can live with old style USB, EVF of EM1 quality, 20Mb sensor, most of the other things people complain about.

I won't buy one until the price drops (here in HK, dealer (not grey) EM1ii is around $950, so something around $1000 for EM5iii would work.

I appreciate that not everyone has my specific requirements, but just get frustrated by the negative comments about things which have no relevance to taking photographs.

As I say, please let me know if there is something which serves my essential needs better.
