The blue one looks pretty to me.Nice solution but too much work.
Canon makes a "face jacket" for $20ish that works great and fits like a glove.

I thought I would hate it but the plastic has a nice texture that makes the M much easier to hold.

No, it has to be removed to mount a tripod or change the battery. It allows access to everything else – side ports, buttons, and SD card.I was considering a silicone cover but I'm concerned what the cover would interfere with the tripod mount. Does this cover/case allow for ease of tripod mounting?

I think the facejacket works with the M200 so that's one more reason to upgrade.I picked up the blue "face jacket" from Canon (on sale for $20 last week) https://shop.usa.canon.com/shop/en/catalog/camera-face-jacket-eh-fj-border-yellow
It fits and looks as nice as I expected. The big, pleasant surprise is that it's made of a grippy, textured plastic. I put off buying this thing for a while because I expected a smooth surface. This makes the camera much more pleasant to hold. As a stills-only shooter it gives me one less reason to upgrade (if only I could buy a couple of additional dials for the M100!).
I feel pretty mixed on the EF-S 24mm. I bought it over the native 22mm lens to save money since I already had the adapter ($99 new on sale vs. about $160 used or $200 new for the 22mm). If I could do it again I would probably just shell out for the native lens, but it's not so large that it ever stops me from taking my camera out. It's more like an aesthetic annoyance. How do you like the EF-S 24mm F2.8 on your M100? I was surprised to see that combo but I'm considering it myself.
Thanks!
