14mm lens for architectural photography

A couple of years ago, after my D800 was stolen, I sold my Nikon 14-24 f/2.8.  I greatly regret doing so.

I have since bought a z6 and about once a month on average I shoot landscapes.  I simply use the 24-70 f4 lens which I bought as part of the z6 package.  However, I wish I had a wider lens.

I'd be quite happy with a prime and would appreciate suggestions of a lens with about 14mm width.  It will be used on a tripod, so it doesn't need to be f2.8; I'll probably use it stopped down and shoot 9 shots

- 3 at different focus points to combine via focus stacking

- 3 at different exposures to combine via HDR processing

But what lens to use?  My budget is not unlimited so I'd be looking for a good combination of price and fidelity (or at least the ability to correct any distortion).

Your suggestions on candidate lenses would be greatly appreciated.
