Rajasthani Gypsy Children /w the 16-80mm

So I fiddled with some camera settings (namely, shutter type=ES, and re-instated IS) and finally achieved some acceptable results with the 16-80mm . These are Rajasthani Gypsies at an encampment of road workers in Himachal Pradesh in Northern India. I am picky about sharpness, so I always set a pretty high bar. But I would appreciate some comments about the image quality of the pictures below. I still feel I need to experiment more to get the most from this lens, but this is certainly a step in the right direction. At least I get to see it perform at a level of my initial expectations.

Note these images are straight out of camera with no manipulation. Some are actually heartbreaking.

This is a boy, not a girl. He has yet to have his hair cut.
