Emailing from NX1 not working

I recently tried emailing a photo to my email account directly from my NX1. Not something I do very often. A few months ago this worked fine and at that time the camera correctly showed the dialog boxes for email address and message etc. Yesterday, however, I updated the firmware from 1.40 to 1.41 (the latest) and after this (which all worked fine) the emailing facility (that is pressing the envelope icon near the top of the screen whilst viewing a photo) did NOT appear and instead the camera showed a dialog I've not seen before saying 'be careful not to enter any credit card information into the browser'. After this, the mobile youtube site appeared within a web browser directly on the screen!! It was not possible to change the URL only to press the MENU button to return to the normal screen view (i.e. the default screen for taking a photo). Everything else on the camera seems to be working fine. I'm confused - does anyone have any ideas what may have happened? One strange thing I did notice after the firmware update was that the language had changed from my own (English) to German. Previous firmware updates retained the language, I seem to remember.
Very strange, I'll have a look on my NX1 later and see if I can do it. It could be that Samsung have shut down the servers that allow the email transmission.
