The third image clearly shows cateye bokeh towards the edge.

If you took the same shot angled so the line of bokeh balls went to the corner instead of the edge, you would no doubt see greater deformation of the bokeh balls from circular to cateye shape.

The first two shots show enlarged bokeh balls which make it difficult to clearly see the deformation.

I would suggest just setting up a scene with one point point of light out of focus, then take a shot with it in the center (as the bench mark circular shape), then take shots in the edge and then the corner. You'll then be able to clearly see the deformation.

Also repeat the shots from wide open to f5.6 to see how stopping down affects the deformation with the 11 circular aperture blades.
