Nothing to complain about those examples with the E16/2.8 plus UWA adapter. The 16 mm lens was often on my NEX5N and fiitted nicely in the back pocket of my cycling jersey while cycling in the Alps. Now it is the 16-50 on my A6000 used for the same purpose and stored in the tank bag of my motorcycle. The are lenses with good optical quality (at least my copies) and offer great versatility under many photo opportunities.
