Birds at the Grindstone Creek Wetland

Today it looked like most birds have left my preferred wetland shooting ground. With the exception of a lonely great white egret, some seagulls and a few ducks. So, here they are.

Egret on the prowl

Hopping from log to log

One-legged Seagull with its catch

The egret decided to change location

The day was grey and windy. So here are some colours

Even when it is cool and windy a female duck needs to look pretty

And a two-legged gull with its catch
