Hello JCDoss
I don't have this flashes, but Massao posted a link to the manual.
Point 8 in the manual: You use the group A, but can it be that you must use on the master flash the mode button until you set the slave to on ? In the group A,B and C you can set on the master the slaves to on/off. Now point 8 describe the multi flash use, but maybe your point 7 use have also such an on off setting for your slave via the master
Best regards. KPM2
Hi, KPM2. Sorry for the delay, I don't check this forum very often.
I did see that Massao posted the manual, and I already had a copy that I reviewed before posting.
I'm not sure I understood your comments.
Point 8 is for MULTI flash, or strobe, and it actually works fine in that mode.
Point 7 is for Manual wireless flash, and following those instructions I can't get it to work.
I am still waiting on a reply from Godox.
I did finally try optical mode (slave flash triggered by main on-camera flash, not radio signal), and that works just fine. So I suppose the problem is solved, but I'd rather have a fully functioning set of flashes.
The TT350 is a fantastic flash even without wireless. Recycle times are very fast, the unit is versatile and provides good power for indoor and close-up work, and is pocketable. I highly recommend the flash, esp at the price point, even though I'm having trouble with mine.
Maybe update the firmware on flashes, if its never done. Link
