I thought that, when you are in the wireless mode but the flashs in it's manual mode, you can still set via the groups the settings on your slave flash at the main flash, like for example that you can set on the main flash the slave flash to off or on, like the manual described it....but only at point 8 for the MULTI flash use.

Maybe it is a software bug, because using the test button seems to work as you wrote.

Thanks again! Yes I think I understand this time and you are right. I can control the flash output on the slave from the master flash. It all works perfectly except for one thing: neither flash will go off when set to Manual. Multi, TTL, and the test button, and control features all work as advertised otherwise. It could be a bug, or it could be something about the K-1 mII. I don't think the TT350 is labeled to work on a mark II, so maybe Pentax changed something?

Thanks again for your help!

I think you get for sure an answer from the manufacture. In the meantime, you can try out this:

I use Metz flash and had a problem with one of my elder flash and my K1. I called the Metz service and got this answer:

the K1 use different protocols for it's FF or crop mode. So, in my case, my flash could work in the crop mode of my K1.

Maybe try out to use your K1 MII in the crop mode and look, if the wireless manual mode of your flashes works than.

best regards. KPM2
